Remote Work:

About the Role


Evident is looking for a Project Manager with traditional and digital PR experience. The Project Manager will directly service clients from B2C and B2B industries. He/she will collaborate with the team to create compelling narratives and thoughtful campaigns in across sectors. The Project Manager reports to the Associate Director for Corporate and Public Affairs.

Key Responsibilities


Client Servicing 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency to ensure that projects are started on time and delivered on spec
  • Proactively identify ways to make the best use of client’s marketing and PR budgets 
  • Provides strategic and tactical recommendations as needed
  • Report pick-ups and relevant competitor and industry news 
  • Lead the weekly/bi-weekly meetings with clients 
  • Write contact reports and update project trackers 

Cross-Functional Collab

  • Write strategy briefs and job requests for other Evident shared service units 

Media Relations

  • Create seeding kits and manage their digital and physical distribution 
  • Connect, coordinate, and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers and their respective managers 
  • Update the media database on a monthly basis

Editorial Servicing  

  • Research for, write, and edit press releases, speeches, concept notes, and position papers
  • Coordinate with publications for the conceptualization and production of branded content

Strategy Development 

  • Help identify and track trends in the sector that may affect the client 
  • Help identify trends/changes in communication platforms that may affect the delivery of client’s messages 
  • Assist in the creation of PR and digital roadmaps 

New Business development 

  • Assist, and occasionally lead, the development of pitches 
  • Assist or lead in the development of cost proposals 
  • Conduct scoping and exploratory meetings

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years of PR agency experience with both traditional and digital PR experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented writer and communicator
  • Excellent project and event management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Possessing a good understanding of lifestyle accounts is preferred
  • Applicants with more years of experience may be considered for a Senior Associate role.
