Job Description

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of the organization, following direction from the CEO, and ensuring all units of the company are working efficiently. She/He manages the client services, finance, office administration and data and insights departments, acting as an authority and providing strategic advisory on production, client and employee relations, business growth and financial strategy.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Directs and coordinates the internal structure of a organisation based on company policies, goals, and objectives
  • Creates or improves systems and policies
  • Ensures company profitability, cash flow, and client satisfaction
  • Ensures the effective management of client accounts, overseeing the quality and timely delivery of project managers’ workflows and correspondence
  • Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
  • Develops and implements growth strategies in reference to the vision set forth by the CEO
  • Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
  • Meets regularly with accounts team to mentor and provide guidance for client-related goals and services
  • Assigns leads and clients to members of the Client Services team
  • Motivates staff to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals
  • Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
  • Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
  • Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organisation goals
  • Evaluates newly implemented sales plans
  • Promotes communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Operations Management or Business Field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience as Operations Manager or Executive preferred
  • Work experience: 5+ years in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Management Consultancy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (Filipino or regional dialect is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
