Job Description
- Run general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages or documents
- Perform collection activities in coordination with Finance
- Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation
- Keep accurate logs and complete paperwork for tasks or activities
- Ensure proper office housekeeping
- Perform general office or clerical work such as filing of documents, operating office equipment, etc
- Purchase office supplies and groceries
- Assist and support the Office Manager
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
The best person for this position:
- Has a strict commitment to deliver documents without viewing or revealing any of the information unless necessary or told to do so
- Has a knack for managing unforeseen circumstances such as, change in pick up or drop off point
- Ensures security maximum efficiency in the conduct of tasks and activities
- Observes the policies and processes in place in the conduct of duty
- Transacts on behalf of Evident in a professional manner
