Remote Work:
This position is Work From Home until a time at which it is safe for everyone to return to an in-office working model. We’re looking to speak to candidates who plan to be in Metro Manila long-term.

Main Tasks

  • Produces written content for social media, newsroom articles, email newsletters, press releases, and others
  • Participates in client pitches under the supervision of the ACD/CD
  • Strategizes on how best to market the agency or client’s products or services based on gathered insights
  • Creates brand or social media playbooks, calendars, posts, and videos
  • Coordinates with the internal account team to ensure that creative output meets the requirements of the client brief

Basic Qualifications

  • At least two years’ significant experience in advertising or digital communication
  • Has a writing portfolio of long-form articles or social media posts, done in a professional or personal capacity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Storyteller with a passion for words
  • Creative, curious, and a critical thinker
  • Capable of creating easily understandable and shareable content

Specific Tasks

Strategy and Planning

  • Ideates on how best to achieve agency or client’s marketing goals through content and social media channels
  • Stays up-to-date on trends in content marketing, advertising, and public relations
  • Assists the ACD and CD in preparing and presenting pitch decks for potential clients
  • Contributes in the creation of social media campaigns and pitches
  • Attends workshops to gain additional knowledge/skills as a content marketer


  • Collaborates with the Art Director to produce content calendars for social media and newsletters
  • Writes social posts, articles, press releases, email newsletters, and other forms of content on a wide range of topics in behalf of agency or client
  • Ensures that all produced content is aligned with creative brief and client strategy
  • Ensures that content produced is factual and free of typographical and grammatical errors
  • Consults and clears with the ACD/CD regarding all written output
  • Produces shot lists and pre-prod decks for photo shoots and micro videos, in collaboration with the Art Director
  • Produces video scripts and attends to video production
  • Submits content and applies client revisions on time
  • Organizes files for documentation and turnover to team and/or client

Other tasks: All other related tasks, duties, and special projects that may be assigned from time to time as directed by the immediate supervisor.
