Art Director

Main Tasks

• Establishes compelling art direction, visual style, and tone for all creative output
• Works with team members from brainstorming to execution
• Produces  static and interactive content  for multiple platforms and new business pitches
• Ensures that materials are clear, concise, and persuasive in bringing the strategy to life
• Edits short in-house videos for posting in social media or other online  platforms
• Works creatively, collaboratively, and with initiative
• Coordinates with the Traffic Manager and Project Managers to ensure timely and quality output

Specific Tasks: Strategy and Planning

• Contributes visual output to creative campaign pitches 
• Collaborates with team members in ideating content calendars, websites, newsletters, and posts
• Researches on visual trends in marketing communication and design
• Performs visual audits and provides recommendations for clients’ digital presence
• Presents output to clients as needed 

Specific Tasks: Production

• Designs and develops visual branding 
• Creates engaging and compelling visual content such as: 
  • Infographics, social cards, GIFs, illustrations, and photos
• Develops storyboards and assets for video editing
• Creates micro videos and short in-house videos

• 3-5 years' significant experience in advertising, design, or visual communication
• Strong portfolio of work featuring social media posts, GIFs, and short videos
• Basic motion design skills
• Can think strategically and conceptualize creatively
• Can collaborate with a fast-paced team
• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Can produce quality output to achieve client and business goals
• Demonstrates initiative, accountability and teamwork
